Dear neighbours,
At the end of the business day today no information or plans of the Horizon School redevelopment could be found on the Council website. We will keep on looking out for any relevant information.
Meanwhile a visual feast for Prince George residents.
Those of you who were at the first public meeting we had last year with BSF and Hackney Council, the architects said that the new Horizon school building would heal a broken street (referring to Prince George Road). The two photographs below (one from Google and one of the architects' view of how Prince George Road will look once they 'reunify' it) are telling of how our neighbourhood will change.

This is a small neighbourhood and one that works (when most things don't). The school will just destroy it - it will dominate over and swamp our community. How can they take something so valuable and just throw it away like this?
